As a Pre-Sales Implementation Specialist, you are responsible for identifying the business needs of potential customers and demonstrating the value that our advanced Cloud Based technology can provide. You are a web demo wizard and a master communicator. You know that every problem has an answer and with your will there’s always a way.

Terrific compensation plan including sales commission for deals you help to close.
Work closely with Sales Executives to identify the needs of potential customers during the pre-sales process
Lead winning web demos customized for each client’s needs
Champion Central Desktop and understand the benefits to all levels of decision makers
Orchestrate the sales cycle while coordinating with multiple departments
Answer technical and security questions related to the product
Occasional travel is required
A love to perform
1-3 years of pre-sales experience for a software solution. Cloud based solution experience a major plus
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Driven, personable, and charismatic on the phone
Exceptional time management skills
Organized and detail oriented
Technically adept (HTML/CSS, APIs), experience with web technologies a plus
Strong understanding of the Enterprise 2.0 and social cloud collaboration landscape a plus
Experience in the marketing agency industry a plus
BA or BS from top tier school
Demonstrated academic achievement
