Overview
Seeking a President/COO and partner to lead a national technology- driven real estate advisory and brokerage firm.
Responsibilities
The President / Partner will have overall responsibility for recruiting and managing the following Departments led by experienced department heads (V.P.):
Real estate broker / agent recruitment;
Marketing (with a focus on online social marketing, affiliate marketing, webinars/newsletters and advertising);
Strategic Partnerships;
New Products;
Real estate economics/analysis;
Mergers and Acquisitions.
Experience
The successful candidate will have all of the following:
1) Excellent organization skills;
2) Ability to delegate, motivate and inspire team members.
3) Proven track record of ramping up a fast growing department or company;
4) Strong analytical skills.
5) Good background understanding of online marketing. Real estate background ideal but not necessary.
Education
C.P.A., Finance, M.B.A. or J.D. preferred.
Compensation
The President will be compensated as a partner on a performance basis with annual expected earnings in the mid to high six figures as well as equity/profit participation.
