Overview
We are looking for senior, full-stack software engineer that has played a lead role in a large-scale consumer or enterprise project who is passionate about working in a fast-paced environment. You’ll join as a technical co-founder in the business and share in early equity. You’ll lead the company’s development efforts and build significant portions of Ascendify’s platform. We live and breathe the “startup” culture and want to work with like-minded people. Responsibilities
Design and build a reliable and scalable enterprise web application and platform
Write component architecture for feature implementation
Write, unit test, manage and submit software code
Research, design and implement improvements to platform technology
Work with executive team, provide technical perspective and influence product direction
Experience
2+ years as architect or lead developer. 5+ years’ experience in software development
Passionate about producing high-quality, efficient and scalable code
Comfortable coding in multiple languages (PHP, Ruby) and frameworks (Symfony 2.0)
Experience with: Apache, Linux, MongoDB, Solr, jQuery, and Amazon EC2
Experience with high-volume, high-performance websites.
Skills
API integrations with FaceBook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Google+
Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM team
