Product Developer

at Sparkart in Oakland, CA   —   Jul 19, 2014   |
Overview
Sparkart isn't a design firm. It's like one in some ways, but we're deeply interested in technology and business on top of the pretty pictures. In fact, we also develop software. Visit any of our sites and you'll be using the most advanced content, community, and commerce-driven site development platform in the world. Think Drupal, Ning, WordPress, ExpressionEngine, Magento, etc. all rolled into one powerful RoR platform with Apple-like attention to detail and design and over a million users. We've built it over the years to empower our clients to do all sorts of things. Check out our sites to get an idea.

We're working hard this year to turn our platform into a hosted service product and we need help. We're looking to form a tight 2 person design/build team to accomplish this mission with the support of a very talented team of software engineers. You will hit the ground running.

Sparkart has been in business since 1999 with the resources to execute and the agility of a bedroom business. Join us and we'll create something very special together.
