As a Product Managment Intern or Trainee, you will take complete ownership of one or more aspects of our award-winning product portfolio.

Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends and come up with ideas how to improve the SponsorPay product
Evaluate possibilities for technical integration with our partners on the advertiser and/or publisher side
Conceptualize product improvements that will significantly increase the business performance of your product area
Develop new features in detail together with the IT and business teams and specify these solutions in comprehensive requirements documents
Experience
Requirements and Qualifications
Student or recent graduate in management, computer science or related fields, with a track record of being in the top 5-20% of your class
1+ year working experience within the Internet industry
Very good technical understanding of web applications
Motivation to work in a fast-paced, challenging startup environment
Passionate about user experience, information design and usability
