The Product Manager is a member of RECSOLU’s Technology Team who provides leadership and direction for developing and executing product strategy. This position works closely with technical leaders, business analysts, and designers to develop and deliver unmatched solutions for clients. Additionally, the Product Manager will assist in identifying key operational benchmarks, develop and implement a go-to-market plan, and manage business analysts who translate business requirements for developers.
What you'll be doing:
Work closely with leadership team to develop product vision and scope projects, business requirements and functional requirements that support the strategic and tactical initiatives as driven by the business priorities
Present innovative and differentiated solutions to key internal and external stakeholders and facilitate the iterative refinement of requirements while determining strongest value proposition for clients
Serve as the product owner on Agile development teams to set business priorities, communicate requirements, and approve completed development work.
Work closely with quality assurance team to assist in reviewing test cases and to support the testing process for products
Lead and manage highly valued projects within agreed upon timelines while ensuring outcomes and deliverables meet stated business goals
Serve as product expert, business strategist, and resource to the sales organization for major sales, strategic accounts, and highly competitive situations
Develop targeted marketing and communications plans and activities to establish, enhance or distinguish product positioning and work with sales team to develop the sales tools and programs that support the selling process of your products
Author compelling and relevant client-focused content for lead generation activities, including web, social media, and direct marketing campaigns
Develop and present content in the training of new hires, sales team, and Customer Success Gr
2-5 years business analyst experience or product ownership experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to communicate complex technological concepts into simple and impactful customer value propositions
Strong organization skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail
Outstanding ability to develop and manage business partnerships and client relationships
Ability to meet/exceed deadlines, prioritize tasks to meet business objectives
Travel as needed to support nationwide sales force and customer base
Ability to thrive in an ultra fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Experience with the software/app development lifecycle
Knowledge of enterprise software, experience with global deployments, and HR or recruitment product background is a huge plus
Bachelor degree in business, marketing, or information systems
