Overview
Work4 Labs is hiring a Product Manager to lead its advertising platform team and continue our disruption of the $80+ billion online recruitment market.
Our flagship product, Work for Us, allows companies to find, engage, and hire candidates through social media for a fraction of the cost and time of traditional channels. Our 17,000+ happy users in 40+ countries range from small businesses to Fortune 1,000 firms like Accenture, L'Oreal, Intel, and UPS.
Working with the Facebook ads team and a statistical research lab, we spent two years developing a groundbreaking recruitment advertising system on top of the Facebook ads API. The system translates job descriptions into Facebook ad campaigns, which are then automatically launched, managed, and optimized in real time.
This product's beta has been very well received by existing customers and shown great results (links to case studies below). With this success, we're looking for a super smart, ambitious, and entrepreneurial PM to join a world-class engineering and management team to productize the next big thing in online recruitment.

Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and develop the product strategy
Manage the product from conception through design, build, release, analysis and iteration
Define, collect, and analyze metrics to optimize performance and focus on high-potential product areas
Maximize product and team efficiency in a constantly-evolving environment
Experience
At least 2 years web or software product management experience, preferably working on an online advertising product
Very ambitious, highly entrepreneurial
Experience with agile methodology preferred
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Exceptional organizational and analytical skills
Comfort in working with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-paced, unstructured startup environment
Passionate, productive, creative, and tenacious
BA/BS in Computer Science or related technical field is ideal
