Overview
Honey Direct is looking for a talented and driven Product Manager to head the definition, design, development, and delivery of our next generation mobile payments platform. You'll be making a fundamental impact on the way businesses and customers interact world wide, improving relationships and allowing local communities and neighborhoods prosper. Responsibilities
Closely work with product, design and engineering teams to ensure the delivery of a product to the market in a fast-paste start-up environment
Run weekly sprint planning meetings and prioritize and breakdown complex tasks into actionable technical and business tasks
Supervise the day-to-day operations for products, monitor performance and provide actionable data-driven feedback to drive product or workflow refinements
Transform complex concepts into executable plans
Experience
3+ years of experience working in a start-up environment
Must demonstrate a track record of starting projects from ground zero, working independently, and launching on time and on budget
History of solving tough problems with creative solutions
Highly effective verbal and written communication skills
Experience with development of business recommendations for product features and enhancements; including conceptual design, market research, business case development, business requirements, positioning and market strategy
Experience with management of product priorities and launch schedules
Creativity, flexibility and an ability to manage and reset priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Proven understanding of online media, e-commerce and preferably payments/mobile payments marketplace and analytics
Education
BS/BA or higher from a top college/university
