Hi! We’re looking for the right person to join our team as Product Manager & Growth Hacker at Kindara, a funded startup based in Boulder, Colorado. We’re a group of entrepreneurs, designers, doctors, women's health advocates and engineers committed to creating amazing health management products for women. Check us out at www.kindara.com
This is a full-time role based in downtown Boulder, Colorado.
We believe in doing something useful and leaving the world better than we found it. And we believe in moving quickly and getting things done.
Our advisory board includes well-known entrepreneurs, doctors and fertility educators and our team is focussed on creating great products that help women manage their health.
We released our first product in May 2012 and are seeing steady user growth. In October 2012 we closed a seed round of financing to fuel our growth. So far, we’ve helped tens of thousands of women better understand their fertility and get better results with their reproductive health. Now we want to help millions more.
Who We’re Looking For:
First, we’re looking for someone who is excited to be a part of the future of women's health. We think fertility and reproductive health are some of the most interesting and important issues of our time.
Second, we're looking for someone with an analytical mind, an affinity for numbers, and a passion for creating growth. You will be responsible for devising and implementing product improvements aimed at acheiving maximum userbase expansion. Your job will be to devise a product plan aimed at increasing engagement and virality, and then managing our engineering and design resources to bring the plan to fruition. You will use analytics to measure the results and adjust as necessary.
Our team is small and in this role you will have ultimate responsibility for the product and it's growth vector. This is an opportunity to take an already good product and make it great.
This role is based in Boulder and is 40+ hours per week. Joining our team will mean you receive a modest salary and equity in Kindara so you can share in the upside as the company grows.
Bonus Points if you:
* Are passionate about popularizing tools to help women.
* Have an unhealthy love for spreadsheets.
* Have a university degree or growth hacking experience.
