Data drives you: you’re comfortable crafting surveys and tests for measurable and actionable results. You’ve got the chops to own the critical role of marketing to the Betterment customer base, to understand our customer and develop customer insights, and to help drive deposits and loyalty.
Work on product marketing initiatives, supporting customer and market research (interviews, surveys), market analysis, and execution of marketing strategy
Set strategy for recurring/regular customer communication; working closely with blog content to drive customer education
Ideate, implement and analyze A/B tests to improve overall channel performance, including creative optimization, developing automated and triggered campaigns
Drive quantitative customer research including questionnaires/surveying, analyzing the results, and presenting to the team the results + key learnings. This includes NPS surveys, messaging questionnaires, feature feedback, and user research.
Review customer feedback and responding to key high-valued customers. Working with our dedicated customer service team (who handle high volume general customer inquiries + troubleshooting) to better learn about customer motivations + improve customer experience.
3-5 years of work experience in an analytical and execution-oriented role in a fast-paced environment. Proven problem-solver who proactively identifies issues, formulates plans to resolve these issues, and effectively communicates the results
Strong analytical background with proven ability to develop reports/surveys and make data-driven decisions
Experience managing and executing projects, across multiple teams
Team player, willing to do whatever it takes to drive team goals
Your creative juices flow thinking about business problems, and your looking to grow and develop your ability to build marketing strategies
Prior experience in user research activities such as questionnaire/surveying, usability testing, interviews, market research, focus groups.
