Responsibilities:
Create, execute and measure direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns for health care shopping in general and Castlight’s product in particular
Work with the country’s largest and most innovative employers to construct cross-media marketing campaigns for their employees
Analyze the results of your work, then adapt communications to maximize their impact
Manage Castlight’s relationships with creative agencies and direct marketing delivery partners
Ideal Qualities, Experience, and Education
Prior full-time professional experience in a role responsible for direct-to-consumer marketing communications
Understanding of and respect for the role of the consumer in the business of health care
Health care industry experience not required, though experience marketing employee benefits is a plus
Experience creating on-line and e-mail communications as well as off-line materials
Experience with marketing analytics, including segmentation
Ability to work directly with customers in a consultative fashion, up to and including leading large customer communications workshops
Ability to format and present findings, results and ideas to others; excellent writing ability, demonstrated expertise with Excel and PowerPoint
Knack for forming productive working relationships in a highly decentralized, matrixed organization
Positive attitude, comfort with ambiguity
MBA strongly preferred; BA/BS required
Above all – intellectual horsepower, with an eager curiosity and demonstrated ability to learn quickly
