As Castlight’s Product Marketing Manager focused on consumer communications, you are responsible for delivering a critical element of Castlight’s value to employers – employee health care engagement.
Castlight’s consumer marketing practice rigorously determines the right frequency, form and content of consumer communications to turn employees into informed health care shoppers. You work with employer benefits communications teams to create and execute direct-to-consumer marketing in all media, including e mail, print, video, and direct mail to drive Castlight registration and ongoing usage.
Prior full-time professional experience in a role responsible for direct-to-consumer marketing communications
Understanding of and respect for the role of the consumer in the business of health care
Health care industry experience not required, though experience marketing employee benefits is a plus
Experience creating on-line and e-mail communications as well as off-line materials
Experience with marketing analytics, including segmentation
Ability to work directly with customers in a consultative fashion, up to and including leading large customer communications workshops
Ability to format and present findings, results and ideas to others; excellent writing ability, demonstrated expertise with Excel and PowerPoint
Knack for forming productive working relationships in a highly decentralized, matrixed organization
Above all – intellectual horsepower, with an eager curiosity and demonstrated ability to learn quickly
Positive attitude, comfort with ambiguity
• MBA strongly preferred; BA/BS required
