Responsibilities
We are looking to add a Senior Program Manager to the marketing department to work with Product launches and qualifications of major OEM Customers. This person will manage multiple programs and projects through cross-functional coordination. This role is a key position facilitating program management between engineering, customer management and operations/production.
This role will communicate prioritization, schedules and execution of major milestones in regards to product. Measurement of on-time execution and meeting deadlines is key.
Experience
Track record of successes in product launches in server and storage markets
Experience with qualification process of major storage/server OEM Customers
Management of multiple program lines
Cross-functional team coordination
Communication of customer and production schedules
Prior success of pushing teams to meet deadlines and release products on schedule
Education
BS Degree, MBA is a plus
