I need someone to track all the projects that are going into the release.
Hold regular meetings to get status from team members.
Ask qualifying questions on how to get project on track.
Ensure that milestones are being met and tracked on a daily basis.
Ability to determine which status needs to be escalated to the management team.
Produce a weekly executive report.
Enforce the management of the different Project Plans produced by team members. Ensure that resources are being tracked accurately.
Also need to compile the list of Project Descriptions and its benefits every month. The candidate must have the sense to determine how to describe project that would feature the achievements of the team plus highlight business benefits.
Need candidate to help out on Presentation Slides for the team.
