The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of website and social media design, development and deployment. This position is a highly visible position working on the State of Wisconsin’s public facing websites. Should be able gather requirements and implement in a short turnaround. Must be familiar with 508 web accessibility standards. Must have strong knowledge of Drupal, HTML 5 and java script. Experience with graphics and photography would be a great benefit. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Must be able to work with limited supervision.


Design: Graphic Design
Experience as a graphic designer / web developer * 7+ Yrs.

Design: Web Technical Design
Design of Drupal-based community environments * 5+ Yrs.
Document and forms management * 7+ Yrs.
Website organization * 7+ Yrs.

Information Technology - Languages/Tools
Drupal * 5+ Yrs.
Experience developing online community websites * 5+ Yrs.
HTML * 7+ Yrs.
HTML and CSS * 7+ Yrs.

Information Technology - Requirements
Experience in designing highly-usable web user interfaces * 7+ Yrs.
Familiarity and working knowledge of Drupal software development process and Drupal-based project sc * 5+ Yrs.
In-depth understanding of HTML * 7+ Yrs.

Information Technology - System Monitoring/Automation
