The Project Assurance Engineer is responsible to provide support to the Project Assurance functions
Support the Governance Assurance Manager to ensure the Project Delivery System (PDS) – Stage gate expectations are achieved during the Execute to Operate phase of the project.
Support Assurance function to ensure core project management processes are rigorously implemented. I.e.; Risk Management, Action Tracking, Management of Change, Technical Query and Lessons learned etc across all Execute phase sites. Also to ensure there is a standardized reporting model developed across all areas of the project.
Support Governance Assurance Manager to ensure Project Management Control System (PMCS) modules are sustainable throughout the Execute phase in all project locations, including yard(s) and engineering contractors.
Support Governance Assurance Manager and Talisman Project Managers in the role of Change champion. This will entail assessing proposed change from within Talisman project teams and change triggered from engineering contractors and fabrication yards in alignment with the project specific MoC procedure.
Support the Talisman project team focused areas and fabrication site teams to ensure the sustainability of the Technical Query process during the life cycle of the project, including expediting, reporting and acting as interface between Talisman and 3rd parties when required.
Support Governance Assurance Manager to facilitate regular risk sessions with Talisman focused areas and site teams, including interfacing with third parties, i.e. Fabrication yard and engineering contractors to ensure 3rd party risk is constantly visible to Talisman.
Support/implement a Lesson Learned process across the entire project and ensure lessons are gathered and shared across the project and where appropriate raised to the attention of Talisman Uk Projects group.
Support the Information Manager (IM) to ensure the recently developed IM Strategy is implemented across all project locations.
