Modern Multimedia container formats.
[ possibly MKV, or ready to pickup]
Video Codecs [ Possibly VP8, or ready to pickup]
Audio Codec [ Possibly Opus,Voribs or ready to pickup]
And good programming skills to lead our team in developing a media sharing software (desktop) with media player capabilities.
