SUMMARY
The Project Management Lead is responsible for all aspects of project management at American Standard Television. This is a hands-on position but will eventually include managing and leading other project managers as the team grows. This position will focus on project managing the technology development for an Internet-based TV service with dynamic user interfaces, rich media integration, HD video, custom OS support/Linux, and other great things like P2P and x86.

Responsibilities
Establish, Lead and Manage the Project Management Process and Team.
Build a service that will crush Apple TV, Netflix, Hulu, and your Cable Box.
Coordinate the overall development of projects, including requirements gathering, resource allocation, design and documentation, scheduling, development, implementation, task tracking, testing, deployment, and status reporting.
Research, evaluate, test, deploy, and maintain project management tools and processes.
Opportunity to hire, train and mentor project management candidates.
Experience
Digital media, content metadata and entertainment business.
Mobile devices, consumer electronics, portable devices, etc.
Targeted advertising technologies and recommendation engines.
Skills
3 to 5 years of experience as a senior/lead Project Manager with proven success in developing and implementing complex technology project plans.
Good working knowledge and experience in web-based dynamic applications, relational databases, multimedia, metadata, SQL, and XML
Highly motivated, with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and aggressive deadlines
Expert with Task Driven Development and iterative Agile Development
