The Project Manager in our Healthcare Innovation & Process Improvement department will provide project leadership, coaching and technical support in the creation, management and sustainment of a methodical approach to increasing quality and performance throughout business operations. The position supports the Innovation and Process Improvement team working on internal business quality and optimization, and external products and services. The position is crucial to the effectiveness of the newly developing team.
As a change agent, facilitates continuous process improvement activities to achieve measureable impacts.
Works to map processes, identify wastes, improve flows, define goals, draft charters, develop meaningful metrics, implement improvements and standard work.
Conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis to attain project goals and objectives.
Trains and coaches process improvement methodologies and techniques.
Identifies and implements tactics to increase capacity of leadership and staff.
Communicates and presents project reports to leadership.
3+ years of applicable and progressive work experience in project management or continuous process improvement preferred.
Experience in financial or healthcare settings helpful, but not required.
Comprehensive proficiency of Microsoft office applications.
Working knowledge of software and spreadsheet applications used in process mapping, design/redesign, and workflow management.
Proven analytical, planning and problem solving abilities.

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Healthcare or Business. Lean, Six Sigma, PMP, Agile or similar certification preferred.
