Responsibilities
Icreon Tech is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager who has worked in that capacity on some large, enterprise level web applications. The ideal Project Manager should be able to organize resources, adhere to strict timelines and should be resourceful.
He/she should be capable to work with Offshore teams and as well as work with challenging clients on complex assignments. The ideal candidate will have 5 plus years’ experience as an IT PM. Any experience on working on Mobile projects would be an added advantage.
Creates project work plans and requirements documents.
Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
Ability to track progress towards and review deliverables.
Effectively applies our methodology and enforces project standards.
Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
Identifies and manages project risk.
Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
Handles project budgeting, time estimating, and scheduling, as well as the planning and leveling of resources / staff.
Organizes and leads high performance teams
Monitors project progress and report status
Skills
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word, and Project.
Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Minimum 3 – 5 years managing IT projects.
Education
Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent Degree
Compensation
Depends on experience.
