We are seeking full-time media Project Managers. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead the project design, provider selection, project management, customer interface, project execution, and results measurement of our media programs. Working with our highly motivated sales agents, the ideal candidate is an experienced media visionary with skills required to convert our client needs into sharply focused programs that deliver measurable results and a high level of customer satisfaction.
Generate and run comprehensive media project plans using our state of the art tools
Plan and schedule cross functional goals, milestones, and deliverables
Insure cooperation and communication among team members
Resolve areas of conflict
Lead program review sessions and assure the project objectives are being met
Build and manage client relationships
Accountable for project delivery-own the success or failure of the project
Provide clear and objective reports of project status, issues, and risks to clients and internal management
Facilitate issue escalation and resolution for all assigned projects
Identify and outline up-sell opportunities
Utilize internet resources to provide client satisfaction, may be required to travel in some cases
Work with our sales agents to deploy and manage programs for our customers
Be knowledgeable in the latest social media approaches, especially in-bound marketing
Share in the revenue stream
At least 7 years of media-related program management experience
At least 5 years of experience with general project management concepts including development of detailed plans for complex projects with changing requirements and limited resources
Demonstrated experience in relationship building and prior experience in client-focused roles
Experience developing creative materials and selling customer project briefs
Excellent team leadership and team building skills
Self-motivated and results directed
Strong communication skills
Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to document and capture customer expectations and requirements
Ability to execute on a limited budget
Professionalism and ability to communicate at all levels of the client organization a must
Team player
BA or BS required, preferably in technical, communications, or program disciplines, but track record is of greatest importance
This is an on-results position, compensation is based on a percentage of projects managed. Most projects will have ongoing revenue streams and long-term potential. Opportunities exist for additional compensation through up-selling.
