Project Manager

Ensa empowers consumers to improve their health by combining self reported data and clinical data to provide actionable insights for both patients and providers.

We are a small and passionate team located in Brooklyn, NY in a vibrant co-working space close to good parks and good food. You will be joining a close knit, collaborative group that strives to write good code and deliver an exceptional product.

We are looking for an experienced consumer product manager to be a driving force in mapping Ensa's strategic direction in the consumer health sphere. You will work closely with our founder and our engineers to discover product requirements and user needs.
Advocate for the needs of consumers and prioritize enhancements and new feature ideas
Work with founder, designer, and engineers to develop potential solutions to address user needs and convey those solutions via storyboard/prototype
Write product briefs and specifications, and collaborate with engineering to build and ship high quality enhancements
Define methods for quantifying success (or failure) and ensure that the team has a clear ability to understand and articulate its objectives
Contribute to the company-wide strategic direction in the consumer and mobile health industry and translate that into concrete product objectives for web and mobile
1-3 years experience in Product Management and/or Product Design
Experience with growing web and mobile products
Experience conducting user testing or other analytical research
Knowledge of, ability to, or desire to learn to prototype your work in HTML/CSS/JQuery/other
Clear and concise communicator with excellent collaboration skills
