Project Manager for fast growing e-commerce start-up

at Totsy in New York, NY   —   Jul 02, 2014   |  
We are looking for a Project Manager to start ASAP @ Totsy.

The project manager will be in charge of all strategic marketing accounts as we are now closing many deals with other sites which are not competing with our model but are addressing the same audience:
- content sites for moms
- local deal sites for moms
- community sites for moms
- other

Our priority right now is to generate new moms members on the site. We therefore need someone who will be taking over the relationship once deal is closed and will be handling the implementation process.
building specifications & coordinate integration with Director of Product
manage creative with design team and copy with our editor
determine positioning with CMO
coordinate launch with partner's team
manage ongoing relationship & tracking with our analyst to make sure results are optimum for all accounts
manage monthly updates of marketing materials: landing pages, banners, emails so we always have fresh offers
Review and monitor progress on projects, tasks, bug fixes, and issues
Create and facilitate process for review and approval of work products (eg, designs, web pages,
functionality improvements/changes)
Utilize regular communications vehicles to provide updates on status and progress of work
Manage workflow and communications between business, designers and engineers
Strong web or software experience
Start-up experience is appreciated
Minimum 3 years project management experience
At least 1-2 years experience managing cross-functional project teams with engineers, designers,
and marketing staff
