Publisher, Client Services Manager

Overview
The Publisher Client Services Manager is a key publisher facing position that is the main support and maintenance role for DBG’s video streaming, content, and publisher revenue solutions. The Publisher Client Services Manager will have day to day responsibility for ensuring the optimal success of our publisher engagements while managing and ensuring process improvement and customer satisfaction. The Publisher Client Services Manager will work closely with the operations, business development and engineering teams to manage post-sale client activity and act as liaison between publishers and internal teams to assess, prioritize, and manage needs.

Responsibilities
Provide post-sale client support and provide technical stewardship between DBG and publisher’s video and web operations teams
Work with publishers to troubleshoot implementations, manage technical issues, and upgrade solutions throughout publisher relationship
Own all client facing measurement and monitoring; develop tools and procedures to ensure optimal day-to-day operations
Provide product enhancement recommendations and client feedback to inform product design and process improvement
Proactively monitor and review client goals and success metrics with publishers to ensure retention and relationship progression
Experience
3+ years of professional experience as a client services professional, technical account manager, technical consultant or technical project manager with an internet video, internet advertising, or web/software services company
BS/BA college degree or equivalent is required
Demonstrated success balancing multiple technical projects at various stages while providing first-class client facing communication and planning
Understanding of Content Syndication Platforms and Ad Servers
High level of expertise in using MS Excel and related software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Professional customer communication skills
Well organized, with strong attention to detail
Flexible, ability to adapt and handle a fast paced environment
Strong desire to make a difference both internally and with-in the industry through the use of professionalism, integrity and persuasiveness
