We are looking for a silver-bullet hire, a Python/Django guru, to join our team.

Experience
2+ years programming Python using the Django framework
4+ years web development experience, emphasis in media and community a plus, as is experience working in a test-driven development
Ability to build scalable and elegant systems
Comfortable with Unix
Familiarity with the benefits and challenges of working on a small, agile team in a startup environment
Experience developing applications for the leading Social Networking platforms and with cloud hosting (Amazon EC2) is desirable.
CS or equivalent degree or experience
Ability to work around flying hacky sacks
