Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer that is enthusiastic about improving software quality, finds inspiration in cutting-edge technology, and will enjoy working in a start-up environment.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for performing quality assurance throughout the entire software development life-cycle, as well as for managing iterations to ensure they stay on track. You will be working with a small, talented and friendly group of software developers, product managers and quality assurance engineers. This team uses an Agile methodology to provide the technological innovation that enables the company to revolutionize lending to small businesses throughout the country.

Exploring software as a detective would a crime scene.
Gathering evidence and using reasoning to arrive at a conclusion.
Formulating questions that need to be answered; thinking creatively about how to discover defects.
Examining data for patterns.

Qualifications:
Previous Quality Assurance experience.
Must possess intermediate to advanced skills in formulating SQL statements that perform calculations and update data. The ability to use SQL to sift through data is essential.
Interest in - if not experience with – automation (we use Selenium).
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Experience with shell scripting, PL/SQL, or automation frameworks would be a plus, but not required.
