BillFloat is the first micro-credit solution to offer consumers ‘more time to pay’ over 3,000 recurring bills including utility, cable and satellite, wireless, auto lease, phone, housing, and insurance payments.
Consumers use BillFloat to avoid late fees, overdraft charges, service termination, and high cost payday loans. Billers accelerate their cash flow through BillFloat’s easy to implement and secure system. The service will be available on billers’ websites, and through financial services partners including pre-paid and debit card issuers, payroll services and walk-in payment centers, in addition to BillFloat’s site, billfloat.com.

The Quality Assurance Manager works closely with the software development team and will be responsible for quality of the Involver product suite.
Possess an excellent end-to-end understanding of QA processes, organization and techniques in order to drive the creation of relevant and detailed test plans.
The ability to hire, motivate, lead and mentor a quality assurance team.
Possess the ability to anticipate organizational and technical issues, and the ability to provide management with detailed projections and post-mortems.
Experience with delivering products such as web application, server software, and system software.
Ability to develop and validate test plans and priorities that are efficient and effective.
Ability to generate precise and concise test metrics and measures of quality.
Ability to project, track, assess and report on adherence to these metrics.
+3 years experience working with development teams using agile/iterative development methods.
Define the quality standards for our products and ensure those are upheld
Have hands-on involvement in all areas of Quality Management: processes, test plan and test case creation, bug tracking lifecycle, test automation, and performance testing.
Possess strong collaboration and partnership with other engineering teams to influence engineering best practices and infuse quality throughout the development life cycle.
Monitor QA progress/status and communicate the project risk to stakeholders in a timely manner.
Collect and analyze quality data and seek ways to continuously improve the quality of our products and services.
Additional duties as required from a small, fast growing Internet company.
Computer Science degree, or equivalent experience.
