Q&A Project Manager

The Q&A Project Manager oversees the creation of new online lead generation campaigns from concept to development, testing to rollout for commercialization. He/she is in close communication with all departments within the company and makes sure that project targets are met. Furthermore, the Q&A Project Manager oversees and executes the Quality & Assurance of the live campaigns, including optimizing the campaigns through split testing, multirate testing and cross-browser testing.
Collect ideas, concept and feature wishes for the new campaign and turn these into solid feature specs ready for development
Create project and make planning for design and development
Testing of developed campaigns and provide development department with input, changes and bugs to make sure the campaigns are 100% bug free
Optimize running live campaigns through split testing, multirate testing and cross-browser testing to reach optimized conversion clicks to leads.
Manage escalations of malfunctioning of campaigns
Report to management with detailed planning, targets and results
Keep up to date about new developments of online marketing tools
Minimal 2 years of project management and/or related experience
Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of web usability
Familiarity with project tools such as Jira
Familiarity with testing tools and Q&A processes
Experience in working with global teams is a plus
Strong testing/usability/optimization skills to review campaigns and identify areas for improvement
Proven ability to manage deadlines and multiple/simultaneous, cross-functional projects/initiatives
Highly responsive and proactive, supporting leaders and team
Proven ability to work and interact with multiple stakeholder groups
Online marketing, lead generation and/or campaign management experience a big plus
Possess problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to create solutions to problems
Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and familiarity with JIRA tool is plus
Must have strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint high proficiency required)
Demonstrated ability to bring structure to ambiguous environments and relate well to people at all levels of the organization
Strong capabilities with project management including project planning, scheduling and accountability management
Independent, extremely analytical, focus on details, perfectionist and eager to learn
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications or similar
