THE ROLE
We are looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to continue to build and execute tests. Assist the more senior members of the Software Engineering team in their QA and development projects.

You will build and execute manual tests in addition to helping maintain and build the automated regression suite to test our application using tools like Cucumber, Waitr, Rspec, Soap4r. This position will provide opportunities for advancement into senior Software Engineering positions with our QA tools and/or our core product.

Experience
DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES
Create and execute test plans
Automate test cases using tools like Cucumber, Watir, and Ruby against our web application and SOAP and REST APIs.
Assist in reproducing issues as reported from the support department
Participate in all phases of software development. From feature conception, to planning, to development, to deployment and support.
Skills
REQUIRED SKILLS
Basic understanding of and ability to program computer software.
Advanced understanding of the internet, websites and how they work.
Knowledge of Ruby, PHP, JavaScript and Java a plus.
Knowledge of the HTTP protocol a big plus.
Experience with QA in an agile (SCRUM) environment a plus.
Education
EXPECTED BACKGROUND
* Bachelor's degree in CS or equivalent
* 1+ years proven track record delivering web application systems. Your systems have been shipped or deployed into production and you are familiar with the entire Software Development Life Cycle.
* Ability to work with a small, agile, high-energy team
