Pindrop Security is looking for highly effective Quality Assurance Engineers. Pindrop QA Engineers are responsible for ensuring Pindrop Security’s products and service offerings are easy to use, reliable, scale over load and secure. Pindrop Security’s offerings span web-based user interfaces APIs, mobile applications and appliances to provide authenticaton, anti-fraud information and phone reputation features to our customers.
Pindrop Security provides solutions to protect enterprise contact centers and employees against fraud and phone spam as well as providing authentication and reputation checking. Pindrop’s phone printing technology detects fraudulent calls and authenticates legitimate callers, helping customers eliminate financial losses and reduce operational costs. Pindrop’s breakthrough technology is the first of its kind to fingerprint individual phone calls, providing verification of caller provenance. The Quality Assurance Engineer will be responsible for design, development and analysis of test plans and strategies, synthesis and implementation of test cases, and troubleshooting application defects. The QA Engineer will ensure performance, usability and security criteria are met utilizing quality assurance methodologies and techniques with an emphasis on automated testing covering products and services utilizing Pindrop Security’s breakthrough.
3 – 5 years experience in Quality Assurance
MUST have experience with Linux environment, including experience trouble-shooting
Strong grasp of Quality Assurance concepts, methodologies
Proficiency with relational databases
3+ years experience with automated testing approaches and products
A demonstrated track record of customer advocacy, with an eye on improving usability
Experience automating test cases
Knowledge of Python preferred
Experience in VOIP environment highly preferred
Linux, Python, Web APIs, QA methodologies
