Overview
If you're an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with an extensive background testing web applications, we would love to talk to you. Reporting to the Director of Quality Assurance, you will manage the rapidly growing team of QA Engineers responsible for our web services.
Experience
You understand and can clearly articulate the challenges specific to testing web applications.
You know QA processes, techniques, and the development lifecycle like the back of your hand. You can easily identify opportunities to sustainably improve team productivity.
You excel at determining the root cause of problems and determining an appropriate response within an agile environment.
You have experience building and managing sustainable automated test efforts.
You are comfortable talking about the elephant in the room and understand that how you communicate affects how well others hear you.
You are an excellent writer, speaker, and listener. You give direct and actionable feedback to your team.
You must have experience directly managing a team of at least 5 on-site QA engineers.
