Provide exceptional support to users and doctors via chat and email
Educate users on the operations of HealthTap
Troubleshoot technical issues and quickly report bugs to engineering team
BA/BS degree
1+ years in customer support
Friendly, patient, responsive and communicative team player
Highly motivated self-starter with the ability to operate with minimal oversight
Exceptional judgment
Outstanding written and oral communications skills
An interest in and understanding of emerging technologies
Experience working in a fast paced startup environment
