As our Real Estate Transaction Coordinator, you will provide support for real estate investment offerings conducted through the RealtyShares Investment Platform. These support services will include coordinating escrows and closings and assisting with governmental filings as well as general administrative tasks such as making introductory phone calls to clients, assisting with scheduling, designing general correspondences, supporting the activities of the leadership team and other tasks as assigned.
Responsibilities
Managing the closing process for real estate transactions including helping prepare and deliver closing documents;
Coordinating and corresponding with customers, borrowers, and escrow and title officers during the closing process;
Assisting with and managing all government filing requirements (including Reg D Filings at the State and Federal Level);
Making phone calls to clients and customers and corresponding with same;
Answering incoming phone calls.
Experience
Bachelors degree from qualified institution;
Experience working as a title and/or escrow officer;
Strong administrative and project management skills;
Must be a current notary;
Excellent communication skills (oral/written);
Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint;
Ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and follow department procedures.
