1) Sourcing Candidates – 65% Source candidates through advertising, marketing and cold calling via the internet, social media, direct head hunting, LinkedIn and compiled lists of ideal targets. Make personal contact with recruits – make 50-60 calls minimum per day to viable targets, use email to confirm conversations, document activity for client review. Social media recruiting experience.
2) Following Process – 10% Execute KeenHire’s Phase 1 of Conscious Hiring process by efficiently navigating through each ‘on-line’ and manual step, astutely assessing the candidate’s ability to do the job and achieve the Key Performance Indicators and Core functions of the role with minimal external stimulation. Ensure no candidate stays in cue for more than 24 hours.
3) Documentation – 5% Thoroughly document status of candidates and reasons for accepting or declining their candidacy each step of the process. Generously give appropriate feedback keeping the candidates in the loop as to their status. Prepare nightly reports, daily work plans and bi-weekly client status report with performance metrics for each role you are recruiting for.
