This is a ground floor opportunity for a dynamic sales person to join an entrepreneurial company that is already profitable and going places. Are you in?
Manage your pipeline, follow up on leads generated (from marketing, partners, website).
Aggressively hunt for prospects (B to B).
Interact with prospects over the phone, during web demos and in person.
Close business by proactively following a simple, proven process with a solution that sells itself.
3-5 years+ experience selling enterprise level software or time & attendance/payroll solutions.
Proven/documented sales achievement track record in new business sales.
Ability to travel up to 20% (can be located outside of Arizona).
Passion to provide excellent customer service.
High level of integrity.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Commitment to excellence in all work activities.
Base + Commission. At plan over six figures. Monthly, quarterly, annual accelerators after 100% of quota hit.
