About the Company

We are seeking a research analyst to lead our human resources practice, conduct business research and manage our relationships with industry vendors. Research areas will cover all aspects of human resources including service delivery models, outsourcing, measurement and analytics, employee engagement, workforce management and compensation and rewards.

We are looking for people who can learn our business, help us grow, and take advantage of opportunities to develop with the company.
Key Responsibilities of this Role Include
Establish research priorities and define audiences and communities.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative research and develop industry surveys.
Write industry studies, research reports and case studies covering a variety of HR topics, including
HR Organization and Governance
Service Delivery Models
Outsourcing and Shared Services
HR Measurement and Analytics
Employee Engagement
Workforce Management
Compensation and Rewards
Define best practice tools, models and frameworks.
Deliver webcast and industry conference presentations and facilitate workshops.
Work directly with clients to answer research-based questions and help solve business challenges.
Understand the industry landscape of solution providers to advise members.
Conduct regular product strategy and management briefings with key providers of business solutions, including HR Outsourcers, Consulting and Technology.
Communicate our unique value proposition to clients and providers and define how they engage with us to help them and us increase market exposure and generate revenue.
Work with the marketing and sales teams to help position products and solutions to prospects.
Work with the consulting team to scope and deliver on consulting engagements when needed.
