About Chewse

Our platform makes it incredibly easy for companies and organizations to order food from local restaurants. We believe strong communities are built over sharing food, and we want to deliver that to offices everywhere. We’re a very small, fast-moving team, and we’ve already sold tens of thousands of meals. Our company is located in SF, but currently serves LA as our first market. We are fresh out of the 500 Startups accelerator and looking for our first key hires.

Who We’re Looking For

As one of our first hires, we’re looking for people comfortable looking at our business from 10,000 feet in one moment, then slogging through the trenches in the next. You’ll need to be comfortable with ambiguity, self-direction, and working with a team of high-caliber over-achievers.

In this specific role, Chewse is looking for someone who will go above and beyond a simple restaurant sign-up — you’ll deliver value to our community of restaurants and build relationships with these partners.
Responsibilities
Building the community: You’ll need to source restaurants that excel at catering and that our customers will adore.
Communicate the value: Call and recruit restaurants to join the Chewse platform.
Leading the way: We pride ourselves on building and maintaining strong relationships with our restaurants. You will be in constant contact with our restaurants and work with them to construct marketing initiatives that drive sales.
Experience
Requirements
Comfort using a CRM to manage deal flow and pipeline.
Experience selling over the phone.
Great communicator, doesn’t need to be micromanaged, willing to hustle.
Creative and open to lobbing honest feedback and criticism at everyone from founders to teammates. We’ll do the same for you.
