Develop high performance, secure, and scalable web applications and APIs.
Work collaboratively on a tactical and strategic level.
Write clean and maintainable code.
Team leadership and experience managing technical developers.
Anticipate the need for technology changes.
Up to date on latest web technologies and how they can be leveraged.
Cognizant of timelines and meeting milestone goals.
Efficient in cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility
Ability to work with popular 3rd party extensions, widgets, and APIs.
Min of four years of experience building high traffic rich internet applications.
Database design, architecture, and optimization (MySQL)
Experience in web analytics technologies and tools
SEO (Search Engine Optimization) efforts
Knowledge and experience in web performance optimization
Expert in LAMP setup
Knowledge of CMS and content management strategies
Knowledge of XHTML/HTML, DHTML, XSLT, DOM, AJAX, JSON, JavaScript, JavaScript libraries, jQuery, YUI, Google Web ToolKit, CSS3 and HTML5, etc. (not all required)
Great sense of integration design, page-less design, usability, and user experience
Understanding of SEO (Search Engine Optimization) concepts
Understanding of web standards and compliance (W3C, 508, etc)
