Experience
Ruby on Rails, MySQL
Thorough knowledge of Ajax, HTML, XHTML, CSS and Javascript
Proven track record building intuitive, high traffic, consumer facing websites for a tech savvy audience
Strong understanding of web application architecture in an agile environment
Knowledge of and experience working with relational databases
Unix and Linux proficiency
Thorough understanding of software testing and cross browser testing
Skills
Desired Skills:
Solid communication skills (making good design decisions and helping spread great ideas)
