Overview
We are a small group of young, creative professionals seeking a true RoR code ninja who loves designing and architecting from scratch. We have a static website in place, but need to transform it into a dynamic platform with clean, powerful functionalities including social networking, user-generated content, e-commerce, people matching, video streaming, and other applications the web hasn't seen yet.

Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with administrative and design team to design, develop, and deploy web applications
Communicate effectively with nonengineers
Analyze problems and identify alternative solutions
Be flexible
Be detail-oriented and conscientious
Experience
3-5 years working with Ruby
1-2 years working with Ruby on Rails
Experience developing social network-specific applications
Experience scaling

BS in computer science or related degree from accredited college or university
