Hey!
TickrTalk is looking for a Ruby on Rails developer with extensive experience in Rails development and optimization, as well as knowledge in MySQL and general web stuff like XHTML/CSS/JS.
Our system is based on a real-time micromessaging backbone.
We're a distributed team in Boston and Philadelphia, and telecommuting is our thing. We communicate with instant messenger, the Telephone™, Google Docs, and the like.

Responsibilities
Work on developing the TickrTalk product
Optimization of the application
Management of the real-time communication going on in the application
Convert our Juggernaut-based (Flash) real time push system to a Comet push system
Experience
Ruby on Rails experience (obviously :) )
Rails optimization

Compensation
You'll be treated as a co-founder owning 10% of the company.
