Overview
My partners and I are looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer to join our startup. After we get a few angel investors, the position could turn into a part time, contractor position. At first though, there will be no salary (hey, none of us are being paid yet), so compensation will be stock. The exact amount of stock will depend on your skills and experience.
Responsibilities
We're working on a mobile app that will transmit encrypted data that needs to be stored securely. We'll need a server-side component to handle data submission/storage. So we are looking for a programmer to create a Ruby on Rails application deployed to www.heroku.com.
Experience
3+ years of Ruby on Rails development experience
Recent experience at a startup
Knowledge of taxes a plus!
