We are seeking an experienced COO with International SAAS / Channel Development experience.

* Conducted Talks at Universities and Government agencies
* Assisted in SEO / Facebook blogging
* Write white papers
* Work with Web Dev team
* Work with VP marketing to ensure projects and message are on target

Responsibilities
Handle all internal IT issues
Handle all internal finance issues (we do not have a CFO at this time)
Coordinate meetings / introduction to potential investors / VC firms
Coordinate discussions between UK / US/ Netherlands / other countries
Assist in hiring new talent (IT /web - software dev)
Financial responsibility (write / create budgets)
Write business plans and have C Level discussions
Full understanding of all modern technology (FaceBook, cell phone, email marketing)
Experience
Full understanding of SAAS software
Development of Channel Partners - Globally
Ability to have in depth discussions with IT / web and software dev
Ability to keep IT / Dev teams on track / on budget
Run an office of IT / technical personell
Must have helped build a $1 billion dollar + company in a short period (less than 10 years)
Compensation
Salary / bonus plus stock options
