Overview
GLOSSYBOX is a product of Beauty Trend GmbH and one of the currently most exciting Rocket Internet ventures. We are an ecommerce retail company that specializes in providing monthly subscriptions of product samples in the beauty, fashion and lifestyle segments. Since launch in March 2011 the company’s growth has been tremendous: With over 300 employees we are already active in more than 18 countries worldwide and will increase this number in 2012. We are also working on establishing our concept in other exciting markets and entering additional segments.

Responsibilities
Development and execution of SEM strategy for Germany as well as all subsidaries.
Independent control and optimization of search engine campaigns on an international level.
Continual improvement of processes regarding keyword development, bid management, management of text/creative, and landing pages.
Creation of SEM report analyses.
Experience
You are technically competent and ideally familiar with major SEM tools and technologies such as tracking, landing page optimization, bid management, and Google AdWords.
Skills
You are highly motivated, independent, and able to deal with daily challenges in a fast-paced environment.
You possess excellent communication skills in German and English and are able to communicate with various departments as well as operating on a global scale.
You have good communication skills and excellent German and English skills. Knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
Education
• You have completed a professional/vocational training and have previous experience in SEM.
