SaaS Sales Account Manager

Overview
We are looking for a Sales Account Manager. This individual will be tasked with prospecting, developing and qualifying new opportunities. We need a driven sales-minded individual that is eager to take on the challenge of developing a sales strategy for a new Saas product in the recruiting/staffing/RPO market. You will gain experience in working for an early stage business and performance will be rewarded.

We are a new company and are looking for someone able and willing to work on a residual commission basis to start with a possible conversion to equity and salary as we grow.
Responsibilities
Sell our product to small business, and staffing/recruiting firms nationwide
Can build a sales process and train others
Identifies market potential by qualifying accounts.
Initiates sales process by scheduling appointments; making initial presentation; understanding account requirements.
Closes sales by building rapport with potential account; explaining product and service capabilities; overcoming objections; preparing contracts.
Expands sales in existing accounts by introducing new products and services; developing new applications.
Contributes information to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and reactions from accounts.
Recommends new products and services by evaluating current product results; identifying needs to be filled.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
