Sale Account Executive

Overview
Flite is looking for aggressive and highly motivated sales professionals to join our team in San Francisco, CA . These positions will report directly to the SVP of Sales and BD. The ideal person possesses 1-3+years of online advertising technology or online media direct selling experience to online publishers.

This is an individual contributor role. In this position, you will mainly be selling to publishers with some discussions with digital advertising agencies. The candidate must be a strong team player, as the candidate will be working with the technical and project management teams at Flite, as well as be the main leader driving the sales cycle with the prospect. The candidate must also be able work independently and be a leader within our company to drive innovation and new processes.

Our platform allows advertisers, agencies, and publishers to create, serve, and measure ads that are as dynamic as the Web—delivering up to a 10X increase in ROI with ads developed in 1/10th the time. Responsibilities
Generate leads and revenue opportunities through cold calling and emailing
Establish rapport with certified publishing partners
Develop account relationships via lead generation: Identify new publishers and partners.
Contribute leadership through your experience and work ethic
Experience
Comfortable with prospecting and cold calling
Lead generation expertise
1-3 years experience making outbound calls & emails to generate sales – ideally advertising
Experience handling both existing customer and calling into new prospects
Proficient at conducting needs analysis
Experience closing business in person or via phone & email
Excellent communication skills
High Aptitude for web based technologies
