Overview
Solid Commerce … what can we say that will excite your heart enough to stalk us and want to work here? (please do not send dead roses, if you stalk, be creative, please) Yes yes, we are growing fast, we sell software, we think we are cool and trendy and fun, just ask us and we will tell you all of that and more. The party line? We are a rapidly expanding SaaS company. Established in 2005, the past 3 years have been a whirlwind of explosive organic growth. We manage inventory, retailers get on eBay, Amazon, Overstock … name your marketplace, name your shopping cart and we probably manage it for customers. We are privately held, work like a family (even down to weekly lunches catered in), have an on-going Nerf gun battle, and love on our sales team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Sell Sell Sell Close Close Close
For those that need more information…this is an inside sales job, technical education with exceedingly short cycle times – think 1-3 call closes with those that require nagging and hand-holding along the way. This is not telemarking; not a commission only scheme; if you are selling our products to your friends, your social circle needs some rework; and not MLM. This is actual software sales from an established and well regarded brand that is #2 in our industry; aiming to be #1 as soon as you join our team and close some sales.

HOW TO APPLY

Interviews are done as soon as humanly possible for great candidates and start dates are, yesterday, could you start yesterday? Smile. Skills

We don’t care if you have SaaS in your past or not. Being able to communicate technical details in a warm friendly non-technical way is a prized skill here. We are a technical SaaS product that is sold more often than not to non-technical people.
Enjoyment of parting dollars from people’s pockets and then spending said dollars.
Self-motivating. This is not the place for shy wallflowers, bring your passion or don’t come out to play at all. Everyone here is asked to stretch beyond their capabilities and if you are someone who likes to rest in the comfort zone, you will be miserable and only making your base.
A warm disposition. Our sales team hangs out together, they tease each other and yes, they compete fiercely. No one likes a $%^& so play hard but the ability have fun with your team.
Fabulous communication skills, people understand you when you speak and they like to listen to you.
Charm and if not charm, thick skin.
