Overview
Blue Jeans Network is adding a Sales Account Representative to our team in Orange County, California. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this person will be responsible for driving the sales process from lead gen to sales close and contributing to overall advancement of corporate sales goals. The right candidate will be an energetic person with passion and innate drive to excel at any task. He/she will have 2-5 years of sales experience in the software industry. As is typical with start-ups, this role goes beyond a traditional function – the person must have ability to act independently in an unstructured environment, operate proactively and have a passion/appreciation for the vision and mission of the company.
Responsibilities
Respond to inbound calls and leads from various sources and qualify for business potential
■Contact prospects and customers through, but not limited to, video calls, phone calls, email, mailings, fax and seminars
■Execute a sales process from discovery, solution, pricing, negotiation, and close
■Drive relevancy and alignment with C-Level Executives
■Collaborate with business development, marketing, product management and engineering to facilitate new programs, campaigns and offerings
Experience
■2-5 years of software or technical services sales experience (SaaS software preferred).

■Highly Motivated; Can work in a rapidly growing company and industry
■Listen to customers; Tailor messages to customers based on their needs
■Aggressively hunts for new sales opportunities and follows up professionally on leads.
■Ability to take communicate value of Blue Jeans’ products in a clear and succinct manner
■Strong self-starter who is a team player and can work independently
■Passion to be on a team with the vision to radically change the way we communicate and connect
Education
BS or BA in a technical or business discipline or equivalent experience
