We are seeking full-time, entrepreneurial Sales Agents. This position offers a unique opportunity to highly motivated, visionary, and skilled individuals to become part of an organizational team, focusing on selling and implementing our programs.
Generate sales leads and close business
Generate positive PR
Work with our project managers to deploy and manage programs for our customers
Be knowledgeable in the latest social media approaches, especially in-bound marketing
At least 5 years of related marketing and sales experience in the media area
Experience with on-line marketing campaign creation and management, including deployment, tracking, and measurement
Ability to track, measure, and analyze marketing campaigns, and analyze results
Experience developing creative materials and selling customer project briefs
Experience with direct marketing operation, technologies, and programs through internet, mail and direct selling
Experience with ongoing competitive reviews and analysis
Self-starter to create innovative sales approaches
Attention to detail
Self-motivated and results directed
Strong communication skills
Experience developing creative materials
Ability to execute on a limited budget
Team player
BA or BS required, preferably in marketing, communications, or creative disciplines, but track record is of greatest importance
This is an on-results position, compensation is on a percentage of sales completed. Most sales will have ongoing revenue streams and long-term potential. Opportunities for up-selling exist.
