Textnomics, inc. is building the most advance tools for the massive job market space on the planet. We are a vertical text mining, natural language processing and machine learning company based in Silicon Valley, and we're hiring.
We are currently seeking to recruit a HR sales and alliances manager, to develop new business opportunities contributing to expand the company's portfolio. Our software can read through hundreds of resumes, searching for the meaning of phrases and generating a report on each candidate.
The position involves Enterprise Sale (B2B) for our Web-Based software suites into companies or recruiting firms. Having a strong and deep connections in the HR community or connection with the CEO, CFO of target companies is a HUGE PLUS.
Establishing initial business relationships and developing them into accounts.
Establishing a (marketing and) sales plan to reach SME's who do not have access to Applicant Tracking Systems, and then executing on it, to have them use our web based resume evaluation system.
Building alliances with job-boards (such as Dice) that lack and are looking for a differentiated web-based resume evaluation software, and closing deals where they become our distributors.
Reaching out to independent recruiters to use our cloud based service.
Searching for leads and promoting the our HR software to the potential clients. Larger clients.
Identifying additional sales and profitable channels, prioritizing them based on their profitability and resource requirements and monetizing them.
Planning sales operations.
Recruiting, coaching and leading other salesman.
Strong background in HR sales, or HR marketing a plus.
Being a master of inside sales, yet prepared to travel.
A strong rollodex or a plan to reach large recruiters, recruiting firms, SME, independent recruiters.
Enterprise sales (B2B) is a must.
Consumer Facing Sales (B2C) -a plus-
Proven track record of successful sales.
Being passionate about start ups and understanding the benefits and challenge of coming in on the ground floor is a should have.
Experience in taking products and companies from cradle to exit is another huge plus.

Bachelor's degrees, or an MBA or equivalent.
